Simple Rules to Staying Fit

Finding the right workout may be overwhelming for some people given the wealth of choices available. There is a wide array of fitness trends and workouts to choose from. Getting active and staying on the fitness track, however, does not have to be complicated. Here are some simple rules to keep in mind when sticking to an exercise routine.
